Dentist with Special Interest in Periodontology
GDC Number – 79790
Vanesha graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Periodontology at UCLan in 2018, and is now able offer more complex periodontal treatments at the practice. This will include non-surgical periodontal treatment, periodontal splinting, “living” bridges and gingival veneers, along side surgical treatments such as crown lengthening, and regeneration surgery.
Vanesha completed her BDS at Kings College London, and since graduating has worked in the Merseyside area. She is Member of the Joint Dental Facilities (MJDF) of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has also been an Honorary Clinical Tutor for the Dental Therapy and Hygiene students from the University of Liverpool while they were on clinical placement.
She is also in the process of getting the systematic review she carried out as part of her MSc published.
Along with going to the gym and practicing yoga, in her free time, you will probably find Vanesha up a mountain! She is the secretary for a local walking group, and usually goes walking in North Wales and The Lake District on the weekends. She has previously managed to conquer all three peaks (*not all in one day though!), as well as trekking around Mont Blanc and in the Himalayas. She also enjoys going to the theatre, gigs, as well as travelling.
